SAP PP & Fleet Operations Consultant
Portsmouth, 3 months initially, £650 per day
An exciting opportunity has arisen within an enterprise organisation based in Portsmouth for a SAP PP & Fleet Operations Consultant to join a large programme starting ASAP. The successful candidate is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration and support of the Production/Flexible Planning and Fleet Operation modules/solutions, including the related integrations and user interfaces (Fiori, iMRO, Works Manager) Programme and should have the skills and experience below.
Essential skills and experience of SAP PP & Fleet Operations Consultant:
- Provides specialist level design, configuration and functional support for the SAP solutions in the Fleet Operations (Production/flexible Planning) modules/solutions of ECC6
- Excellent configuration, support and business process knowledge of Asset maintenance, MRO 1 to 4 processes.
- Excellent design, configuration, support and business process knowledge of Fleet Operations, including Flexible and Production Planning.
- Excellent configuration and support knowledge of all related user interfaces (Fiori, Work Manager, iMRO) and the processes and data it supports.
- Excellent understanding of configuration dependencies and integration points between separate functional modules of SAP Fleet Operations and Asset Maintenance (Project Systems/Finance/Timesheets/Supply Chain Planning/Procurement/HR).
- Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs.
- Ensures all Business Processes, Functional specification, Technical specifications, Test scripts and Training documentation are created and up to date.
- Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills.
- Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modelling.
- Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Participate in release upgrade or new functionality/enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
