Procurement Systems Specialist - Coupa
A global FTSE 100 company have a requirement for a Procurement Systems Specialist with experience of Coupa to come on board and support the continuous roll out of Coupa globally throughout the project life cycle.
Experience Required:
- Experience in Procurement transformation or project delivery related to Procurement Technology.
- Solid understanding of core procurement and Finance operations.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Ability to work in fast moving environment, managing multiple streams of activity in parallel.
- Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Support the continuous roll out of Coupa to Pearson's globally
- Work with continuous improvement team and deliver value through improvement initiatives
- Work with Procurement and other stakeholders to deliver Coupa releases into production
- Develop Coupa/procurement training material and lead training sessions and demos as needed
- Explore possible solutions to procurement-related issues and requests.
- Perform testing within Coupa sandbox environments and document tests.
