SAP Concur Consultant - Immediate start - SW London/Surrey Borders - 3 months Initially
You will be involved in a new implementation covering all stages of the Concur project life cycle including Requirement Definition Analysis, Project Definition Analysis, Proof of Concept, Concur Configuration, Training, Data Migration and Go-Live. Proven project life cycle of the implementation of travel and expense management software essential. Proven Concur rollout experience and aware of global implementation implications eg language localization, VAT, travel allowance, exchange rates, car configurations, legal requirements.
- Comfortable with multi-policy, complex Concur environments
- Technical knowledge of Concur configuration and integrations)
- Expertise in the Travel, Expense, and Request modules, as well as Global Pay.
- Administer forms, fields, lists, accounting codes, audit rules, exceptions, expense types, etc.
- Develop and schedule custom reports in the Reporting tool.
- Has worked with system integration, including ERP integrations, credit card integrations, list imports, employee imports, etc.
- Excellent documentation skills, capable of creating documents such as user requirements specifications and UAT scripts
- Strong coordination skills
- Logical thinking and analytical ability
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Process and project management experience, a plus
