Technical Writer/Author, Banking, Web Based Client Documentation, working with automated self help Knowledge based systems, Streamlining technical documentation, Data, Application & System Development, any product knowledge.

Great opportunity to join prestigious financial services client for an experienced Technical Writer/Author.

Required to:

  • Leverage tools to innovate ways of streamlining technical documentation by automating repetitive steps.
  • Create and maintain high quality web based client facing technical help documentation.

Any Data, Software Development environment experience, banking or Financial Services, Market Data experience to London based bank.

Experience should include:

  • Write and edit internal technical operational procedures and manuals
  • Manage and revise updates to current team documentation to ensure continuity of style, structure, layout and format.
  • Experience in working across varying technologies and programming languages
  • Proven experience in authoring technical specifications, training and operational procedures.
  • Experience in delivering high quality client facing technical self help web sites and content
  • Experience of automated self help Knowledge based systems.
  • Strong attention to details and a track record of managing large scale projects
  • Self starter with a proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.

Strong Technical Writer/Author, maintaining technical and user documentation and content management. Working with the Data teams as well as Application & Systems/Software Development teams and Business. Covers full business life cycle, Front to Back Office.
