Senior Editorial/Content Designer - Content Strategist - UX writer, Digital, Copywriting, Content, Graphics, Editorial, Agile.
A global fintech are looking to hire a Senior Editorial Designer/Content Strategist on a 6-month initial contract basis in their London office. You will be responsible for working on complex data products that provide news streams and financial analytics in Real Time across the globe.

This is a challenging and exciting role for an experienced Editorial/Content Strategist, who will join the Product Design Team responsible for design across a wide range of systems and products. You will be involved in significant new work on the Financial & Risk strategic software platforms and products.
Responsibilities:

• Develop best in class content strategies across multiple projects
• Carry out workshops, interviews and other research sessions to determine the effectiveness of current content
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers and Researchers to analyse and recommend improvements to current content
• Experiment with alternative content methods
• Recommend new ways to communicate with clients/users
• Feed into and develop the style and TOV guides
• Work with the editorial team to ensure consistency in both output and approach

Essential Experiences & Skills:

• 5+ years writing user-facing content
• 2+ years creating content strategies
• Experience working in the financial services sector
• Experience in content ideation and research
• Experience communicating content recommendations
• Experience working in the financial services sector
• Experience with UI content
