Description

UC Voice Engineers to preform UC Voice Engineering related tasks with Cisco CUCM/Unity Connection/CME on Global Real Estate in accordance with client-IT Unified Communication Voice Engineering standards.

• Attend assigned site transformation Project Meetings, and gather data required for technical voice design for the Microsoft Skype for Business Back office solution in support of site transformation projects (Working on as many as 30 projects at one time for end users per project)
• Experience installing and maintaining an enterprise size VoIP technology architecture and design, including:
o Cisco UCCM and Unity Voice mail system
o Cisco Automated Call Distribution, Call Manager
o Large network dial-plan, calling search spaces, and device pools configurations o Auto Attendant configurations
• Working experience WAN and VoIP protocols, including SIP, H.323 and QoS
• Analysis, design, specification, and installation of Cisco VoIP systems
• Provides technical support for implementation of Cisco voice hardware, applications and Software
• Participate in UCCE strategy. Move and consolidate Contact Center services to AWS cloud
• Design the Router configuration, maintain License count as required for a site
• Maintain the License as required for the handsets / ATA/VG devices as applicable
• Migrate sites to SONUS SIP
• Trouble shoots complex voice issues
• Coordinates with multiple vendors, Network Services, and others as needed for the implementation of Cisco VoIP technologies and applications
• Coordinates with customers and others to minimize any operational impact during Cisco VoIP implementation as needed
• Handles maintenance tasks, customer repairs and warm transfer support for Technical Operations Center as Provide consulting and support to Voice Operations where necessary related to implementation of technical design

Skills / Knowledge Qualifications
• Enterprise level VoIP Deployment experience
• Enterprise level VoIP Transformation / Migration experience.
• Experience with Cisco VoIP, Avaya VoIP, or other enterprise level VoIP systems
• Troubleshooting VoIP Implementations
• Detailed understanding of VoIP and IP Telephony
• Multiple simultaneous VoIP Transformation Projects
