Description

Our client has a 9+ month contract opportunity that will likely be extended.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Document Management using uPerform and Sharepoint including ensuring company documentation is accurate and accessible.

Creates learning assets using Word, PowerPoint and Camtasia/Skype (for videos) in conjunction with SMEs.

Subject Matter Expert and Administrator of uPerform and Sharepoint Sites. Liaisons with internal and external sources to resolve issues.

Training Coordination

o Organize, invite, track etc. Training events using the Career Essentials LMS.

o Maintains the business process curriculum in the Career Essentials LMS and assigns business curriculum to end users.

Training others on CEL, uPerform authoring and other training items.

Team member on projects focusing on documentation, communication, training plans, scheduling, notification and tracking.

Written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of software, programs and systems.

Good interpersonal skills, strong customer focus.
