Description

User Researcher is required by this leading, niche consultancy business as they set up an initial team focused around delivering an initial discovery phase to one of their clients' agendas.

You'll be joining an exceptionally talented, collaborative and approachable team of people with a single focus of improving customer delivery on high-profile Government projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and carry out research using a range of methods, understanding when to use use certain methods and how to apply them
  • Following GDS guidelines
  • Understand how they make decisions about the corporate systems used within the business
  • Bring the department in line with the Government Shared Services Strategy
  • Help make user centred decisions to create better ways of working
  • Involve the team in user research activities, to enable them to equally develop a deep understanding
  • Research data analysis - presenting clear findings to aid the team to continuously improve.

Your work will come from a Government services background so that you can demonstrate an understanding of the diversity needs of users, and to make services usable and accessible for everyone.
