Pega System Architect
Brookwood is seeking Pega System Architect for a public sector project.
The contract is based in Manchester, for 6 months initially, with expectation of multiple extensions.
The day rate is £603.58 INSIDE IR35.
Please note that you must be BPSS Clearance, hence you must be eligible for BPSS in order to be considered.
Pega Customer Services has been selected as the Advisor UI for the Contact Centre staff. The solution will be at the heart of the Contact Centre operations, integrating with the Telephony services and wider estate Back End systems.
Following an agile approach based in client offices in Manchester, this role will be key to roll-out across all contact centre staff.
Candidates will be certified in this role and have relevant delivery experience.
Expected activities as per standard Pega role definitions:
Pega Certified Senior System Architect or;
Pega Certified System Architect
Requirements:
Provides Thought Leadership to the customer with respect to implementing a Pega systems solution
Overall responsibility for the design and technical delivery
Responsible for the overall quality of the Pega solution
Design Class Hierarchy
Design for Reuse
Review Infrastructure requirements
Enable team members - provide guidance and advice on technical issues
Data Architecture definition
Review of Data Management plan
