Technical Author - Electro-Mechanical, Medical Devices, inside ir35 (No PSC Ltd co's)
An excellent contract opportunity to work within a recognised brand as a Technical Author.
You must be;
- Degree qualified within Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or very similar
- Have a minimum of 3 years Technical Authoring experience, ideally to Military standards
- Have worked in in a fast paced, high volume companies, ideally with medical devices
You will be working to interpret Engineering Drawings and Maintenance Task analysis to produce a combined Service and Repair manual including illustrated parts catalogue (IPC), work closely with CAD Engineers to interpret maintenance.
You will have a flexible, proactive approach to changing priorities and sometimes loose initial information you will clarify, working closely with the CAD team and engineers and also end customers to achieve sign off.
