eCommerce Product Owner - Contract - Leeds
Are you an experienced Product Owner with a strong eCommerce background looking for your next challenge?
Harvey Nash is exclusively working with a large and well known international organisation urgently seeking an experienced eCommerce Product Owner on a contract basis for 6 months with a very strong possibility of extension.
This multichannel organisation is looking for a Product Owner who has the ability to drive best in class change to transactional websites, you will have experience in both identifying and driving enhancement opportunities, through requirements gathering, defining the feature and working with the development team as product owner through to delivery. You will be a "business side" based product owner working closely with our IT project and development teams with a need for good technical understanding and ability to "speak their language", whilst maintaining a good commercial and business minded approach to feature definition, prioritisation and requirements gathering and strong in communication skills for stakeholder management.
You will be required to:
* Take business ownership of agile team prioritised features through the entire project life cycle gathering requirements from a potentially disparate set of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
* Provide input to and review of all project documentation to ensure accurate delivery of business requirements.
* To define, at project level, how recommended improvements will positively impact web revenue targets.
* Effectively communicate to ensure that all internal stakeholders are aware of planned projects and have visibility of delivery timescales to ensure accurate budget planning.
* Make use of available analytics tools (both internal and external) to identify areas of improvement and make formal recommendations into the project planning cycle.
* Provide effective presentation material to support appropriate teams and business units for feature engagement.
