Description
- Good experience in most of OFSC modules (Core Manage, Routing, Smart Location, Mobility, Capacity, Forecasting, Customer Communication, Collaboration).
- Good field service operations or management background, including experience with customer service management.
- Ability to provide Field Service Best Practice guidance to customers.
- Setting up message scenario.
- Setting up Property in OFSC.
- Planning for Deployment and Rollback from one environment to another.
- Understanding of resource management API, capacity management API and User management API.
- Successfully completed multiple (2-3 or more) Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations leveraging the full OFSC product suite.
- Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification desirable
