Redshift Data Warehouse Developer - Contract
Amazon Redshift Data Warehouse Developer/Database Developer/Data Engineer contract based in Dublin City Centre. 6 month daily rate contract with good scope for extension. Build database, ETL, data warehousing and ETL solutions using a variety of tools (Amazon Redshift, AWS, Python and Tableau, as well as the MSBI stack).
Data analytics is mission critical for this organization (core to their business) and they are embarking on a rebuild of their centralized data warehouse. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in the design and development of effectively a new AWS Redshift data warehouse using S3 and Python.
There are also a range of other database, data warehouse and BI projects available using SSIS, SSAS, Tableau so it will suit a versatile database developer or Business Intelligence developer who wants to expand their technical skills set.
Great environment for contractors (potential for staying long term, lunch is provided, agile, great projects).
This will ideally suit a well-rounded data engineer with strong experience across database development, ETL, data warehousing and BI. They are flexible on what tools people have used so far and are happy to help people upskill if needed.

Skills/experience:
- 5 - 10+ years' experience in Data Engineering, Database Development, Business Intelligence
- Strong track record building databases, data warehouses, ETL and BI solutions using any toolset
- Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and solve new problems
- Strong communication skills
Rate:
- Rate €450 - €550 DOE
- 6 Month Contract
- Dublin City Centre
