Description
Next Ventures are currently looking for an ICT Commercial Specialist for our client who are implementing an Oracle cloud based ERP solution. In order to do so there is a requirement for commercial services to shape, prepare and oversee a number of ICT procurements, predominantly utilising different Framework Agreements. There is an expectation that as services and procurements progress, the specialist shall begin to provide contract management and oversight of programme contracts against the project to ensure successful and efficient delivery. The specialist shall be required to work with the ICT and Corporate Commercial Category Teams in order to facilitate the procurement activities leading another contracted commercial resource.
Mandatory
- Experience of developing Commercial and procurement strategies
- Experience of running OJEU and CCS Framework procurements for ICT, including G-Cloud
- Experience of large ICT Programmes
- Experience of stakeholder management
- Experience of Public Sector procurement regulations
- Experience of Contract Management within an ICT Delivery context.
