Change Manager - The Hague - Freelance - Immediate Start

Client:

My client is a global market leader for the Music and Entertainment sector. They are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join the company and assist an IT transformation which will affect 2,500 people.

Job Description:
  • Map out the stakeholders and senior project managers
  • Create a best practice model using Kotter, ADKAR and Prosci
  • Handle stakeholder complaints and ensure they are on board with the change


Requirements:
  • 100% onsite
  • At least 10 years of experience with change management
  • A degree focusing on Information Technology
  • Certified in Kotter, ADKAR and Prosci
  • Fluent Dutch and English
