Description

The Role: Process Engineer

Do you want to become part will of a company that has years of experience in manufacturing pens, auto-injectors and infusion systems? We are one of the leading manufacturing suppliers for pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

To take care of the new production site in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, we are looking for a committed, motivated and professionally experienced personality for the position as Process Engineer to start immediately. You will be responsible for the production site of injection and infusion systems that are use for self-medication in diabetes treatment.

Responsibilities as Process Engineer

*Industrialization and commissioning of production lines

*Analyse optimization potentials in the manufacturing processes (lean management & manufacturing)

*Development and implementation of optimization solutions to improve product quality, economical profitability and personal safety

*Ensuring regulatory rights in medical devices concerning qualification, validation, calibration and control of deviations IQ-OQ-PQ

*Working closely together with the project team members

Skills and Experience Required as Process Engineer

*Technical studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or process engineering or a comparable field of study

*Work experience at production lines and manufacturing sites of medical devices

*technical understanding in plastics processing and automatization

*Experience in maintenance, industrializations, qualifications and validations of medical devices production lines

*independent, analytical and quality-oriented way of working

*good MS Office skills

*Fluent in German and good knowledge of English

*Experience with lean management and OPEX is a plus
