Profile
• Need business facing Business System Analyst type of profile who can work closely with business users on IT implementation projects
• Sales & Marketing experience is expected to be more from the eCommerce solution side not so much from the business domain side
• Any prior experience/ understanding of eCommerce solutions would be preferred
• Strong project management capabilities
• Strong sales & marketing business process expertise
• Strong knowledge in digital marketing
• Familiarity with critical business applications e.g. ecommerce, brand websites, ERP

Job Description
Business Analysis and Development
• Understanding and anticipating strategic and operational needs of the business, then translate them into specific requirements and relevant processes
• Analyzing workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvement
• Driving regularly scheduled customer board meeting through respective team members to manager community expectations
• Acting as an initial contact point for project proposals

Business Simplification
• Acting as a sparring partner for European finance team in working out innovative plans and supporting strategies for the continuous development of business and improvements.
• Ensure all fiancé team members across Europe are using best practices and no individual site are pushed to IT unless linked to legal requirements.
• Actively participate in building one Invacare


Relationship Management
• Building strong business relationship and ensure close cooperation between respective business teams and IT delivery groups (Applications)
• Coordinating feasibility study with group IT delivery teams (Applications)
• Supporting communications between business organizations and IT delivery teams (Applications) for demand management
• Ensure development , communication and execution with the business area are aligned with IT/Business strategy to foster innovation and productivity

Implementation Lead
• Developing functional specifications that design and document desired outcome of system enhancement/development
• Performing functional testing to ensure that the development/system meet functional requirements
• Coordinating UAT to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of system
• Ensuring Invacare is compliant to any Computer System Validation requirements by building relevant documented scenarios
