My client is a prominent and highly regarded solutions provider.
They currently have an urgent requirement in Eindhoven for a Level 2 Skype Engineer on an initial 3 month contract.
Key deliverables are as follows:
- L2 engineer would have overall experience of 5+ Years
- Excellent oral and written communication skill
- Good knowledge in Exchange & Skype
- Good knowledge in troubleshooting latest version of Outlook client & Skype client issues related to migration
- Experience in handling Exchange & Lync/Skype related migration related issues related to L2 Tasks (in-person & remote assistance)
- Strong understanding and experience in Enterprise Customers
- Good knowledge in executing PowerShell Scripting
- Good knowledge in providing Hyper Care Support for the Migrated users
- Good documentation skills
