I'm heading up a project on behalf of a global IT consultancy that require 2 Senior Interaction Designer to join their team on a major government project in Newcastle.
As a Senior Interaction Designer you will share your specialist knowledge and experience with the team to deliver end client services, products and tools which fulfil user needs. You will manage other people's work, support senior level discussions and assist with recruitment. You will have an excellent understanding of best practice, prototyping and future developments. You will lead teams to work in an agile and multidisciplinary environment and will be comfortable managing senior stakeholders. Your focus will be on fulfilling user needs and understanding user journeys, using prototypes to do so. Beyond the day to day management of delivery, you will have a strong focus on how to improve existing practice and feed this into the roadmap for future services. You will also work to develop the skills of the team.
