Administering & maintaining day to day Telephony operations by:

Ensuring availability of telephony services

Meeting SLA for incidents & service requests

Providing out of hours support as required

Maintaining controls framework & component register

Key functions are:

Incident troubleshooting

Business requests

User Admin

MAC's

Realtime & Historical Reporting

Call Routing

Mobile device management

Server patching

Key technologies:

Aspect ACD

Alcatel OmniPCX

Verint v11

Apple Mobile Devices
