Network Architect
Location: Remote Working
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £450 - £475 per day
The Network Architect will possess excellent technical and solution architect skills, an effective communicator and a team player. They will be able to conceptualize, plan, document and communicate effectively. The correct individual will possess energy, collaboration skills, and help lead change.
Experience:
Deals with ambiguity and complexity and consults as appropriate.
Quickly creates focus on the most important issues
Anticipates and proactively mitigates risks to cost, scope, schedule and customer satisfaction
Experience with matrixed organizations
Senior level - 10 years experience in network solution architecture and design
Broad prior exposure across Network and IT infrastructure projects
Experience with core networking technologies including Switches, Routers, Firewalls from leading vendors including Cisco and Palo Alto, including device management and OOB solutions.
Experience with network segmentation approaches and solution design.
Experience with SD-WAN solutions such as Cisco iWAN or Viptella.
Experience with CISCO ISE NAC solutions.
Understanding of server infrastructure, virtualisation, data in transit encryption approaches.
Cisco certification preferred.
Experience with Azure and AWS preferred.
