Baseel Ltd was formed in October 2012 specialising in the provision of IT consultancy services, with a reputation of delivering service quality in a timely manner. The company's growth has seen Baseel Ltd position itself as a market leader in the field and as such, now requires penetration testers to assist with capitalising on such growth. The successful candidate will specialise in penetration testing services and have demonstrable skills in conducting network and application penetration tests, utilise a range of testing tools and provide consultancy to remediate gaps identified in such tests.
The Role
Main duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will consist of the following:
- Analyse client requirements for security testing and suggest a suitable solution
- Assess the client's environment and scope and size testing engagement
- Conduct testing using tools and manual checks
- Prepare testing reports
- Throughout the testing engagement, maintain a continuous dialogue with the client
- Where applicable provide appropriate remediation advice for the issues identified in testing
- As required, guide the industry-standard practices to improve security posture
- Contribute to developing testing services capabilities at Baseel
The candidate MUST have one of the following certifications:
- Crest Registered Penetration Tester
- Crest Certified Infrastructure Tester
- Cyber Scheme Team Member (CSTM)
- Cyber Scheme Team Leader (CSTL)
- EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA)
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
- TigerScheme Team Member (CTM/QSTM)
- TigerScheme Team Leader (CTL/SST)
Experience, Skills and Education
- Capable of Designing, developing and delivering solutions to address client requirements. Ready to work as a sole delivery consultant or as a part of the team
- Minimum of 5 years of pen testing experience
- Flexibility to work onsite/offsite/evenings and weekends depending on the project need
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
