Just in time/Just in Sequence Analyst - France - 3 months initially.
With the market being up and down at the moment I wanted to make you aware that Recruit121 has a client in France who is looking for a Just-in-time (JIT) Just-in-Sequence (JIS) Analyst to work with them Full time initially for 3 months starting from May 2020.
In this position, we require manufacturing related process knowledge as well as application skills to manage the projects and applications with strong focus on Just-In-Time and Just-In-Sequence application systems working in typical automotive supplier business contexts.
This includes interfacing with all relevant systems such as EDI, ERP, and MES.
We are looking for candidates with experience in the field, thus being able to drive all involved working activities for successful services in this area.
Some of the duties
- Collaboration with IT and functional teams to define processes, deliver services and projects according to internal and external customer needs
- Coordination of related application vendors and implementation partners
- Supporting the requirements definition and implementation of projects incl. budget, time, and resources needed (TBC)
- Ensure that the JIT/JIS standards are implemented in projects, eg Interfaces, IT architecture, printing services
- Training of internal customers in projects
- Support and change management for application live operation
- Services reporting
The role can be done initially remote due to the travel restrictions in place with the aim of transitioning to an onsite working situation once the situation returns to some kind of normality later on.
The client will need the candidates to speak fluent French and English for the role.
