Description
I am recruiting for an Avaya Deployment Consultant to be based in Central London.
You must have demonstrable capability with extensive knowledge and experience in delivering Contact Centre solutions using the AVAYA product portfolio.
This will include Avaya Certified Integration Specialist (ACIS), Avaya Certified Solution Specialist (ACSS) or Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS).
You will ideally have experience in consultative business transformation across customer Contact Centre solutions & experience in delivering Contact Centre solutions using the AVAYA product portfolio including Avaya Aura Experience Portal (AAEP) Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager (POM) Avaya IP Office Avaya Aura Elite Multichannel (EMC).
A technical engineering background across the AVAYA product suite would be preferable.
