Description
Play a key role on a major Human Capital Management Transformation Programme in line with SAP Best Practice.
Technology-wise, the programme will be implementing S/4HANA 1909 (Core Finance, HCM, Logistics), Central Finance (CFIN), and more using SAP Solution Manager & SAP Activate
You should be able to start by end of August 2020, however early starts are no problem. The client is open to discussion on rate.
Key Responsibilities
Management of the HCM Team: across all HCM-related deliverables across the project in the following on-prem SAP S/4HANA HCM solution areas:
- Core HR and Payroll
- Organizational Management
- Personnel Administration
- Employee Self-Service (ESS)/Manager Self-Service (MSS)
- Payroll
- Talent Management
- Performance Management
- Recruitment
- Talent Development and Learning
Key Skills
- Over 10 years' experience in SAP HCM
- Proven track record successfully managing HCM teams
- SAP Activate, ASAP, and SAP Solution Manager experience/working knowledge
- Experience with on-premise SAP HCM in an S/4HANA environment
- MS Project skills
- Understanding on Middle Eastern traditions/culture
- Preferred candidate will already be in Saudi Arabia
- Arabic speaking
