As a project manager you are responsible for successfully setting up the 'customer travel monitor' and realizing the deliverables mentioned. This data analysis product will be developed in 12 months with a multidisciplinary team. Together with this team and the client, you determine the partial products to be realized and plan their delivery. This translates into a project plan. As a project leader, you are responsible for drawing up this project plan and reporting on progress. In addition to drawing up the project plan and monitoring progress, you are also responsible for the content and quality of the monitor.
