Tibco Team Lead - Antwerp, Belgium (Dutch Speaking)
We are looking for a strong Tibco Team Lead to join our client on a long term project in Antwerp, Belgium.
They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, remotely, and once the travel ban is lifted onsite work will be expected.
The key skills they are looking for are as follows:
You coordinate the planning within ICC (Integration Competence Center)
Resource planning of the entire team (including leave, P1 arrangement, ...)
Planning of tasks, priorities, projects within ICC
You coordinate support and maintenance on the basis of the tools and processes that have been set out.
In collaboration with the project manager, you are responsible for the handover from projects to production.
You are the first point of contact for the Manager Software Engineering, the project managers and the business partners.
If required, you are in contact with the various other stakeholders.
You link ICC to that of your colleagues, possibly under the coordination of the Manager Software Engineering.
You take care of the communication within your team: various team meetings and information flow.
You follow up the KPIs within ICC. Eg: ratio maintenance vs projects.
