Java Developer - Contract - Copenhagen - €65-70/hour
(Java, Bitbucket, Hudson, Jenkins, Git)
Our market leading client are looking for a Java Developer to join them for an initial 3-month contract for a very urgent requirement. This interview and start of the role will be conducted remotely, given the current Coronavirus pandemic.
Description of tasks in the role:
- Migration from Mercurial to Git(Bitbucket)
- Update build/deploy script on Hudson and Jenkins
- Preparation for migration and/or configuration of build scripts from Hudson to Jenkins.
- Educate developers in other ARTs in Code review and Branching strategy, configuration of Hudson and Jenkins
Need to have:
- Needs to be able to teach and coach developers in ARTs
- Needs to be able to participate in migration of systems from Mercurial to Bitbucket, Hudson to Jenkins.
- Good People skills: be proactive and not afraid to challenge if developer resist change.
- Experience with Hudson, BitBucket, Mercurial, Jenkins
