User Researcher
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced User Researcher to work on a project for a distinguished client based in Leeds
This is a meaningful, challenging, and innovative role that will see you help transform the client and meet the demands of the ever-changing digital landscape.
Candidates must have the following
- At least 5 years of practical experience of qualitative research methodologies, in terms of design, execution and analysis
- Experience in taking a lead User Researcher role within a team, setting research direction and mentoring junior research colleagues
- Experience managing team dynamics and holding sufficient authority to effectively challenge points of design without alienating individuals
- Experience of working within an agile project environment, and maintaining effective performance in difficult and challenging circumstances
- Specialise in designing interactions and interfaces for digital services
- Work on all levels of the service, from high-level flows and journeys to the fine detail of individual parts
- Work with different types of content and user-led interactions
- Work across digital and non-digital channels
- Focus on making working software rather than creating artefacts to describe software
- Understand the technical side of design
- The role is inside IR35 but is paying a highly competitive day rate
- A long term contract role through until Feb 2021
