As Bid Manager you'll become member of the Demand Management Office team, a dedicated pre-sales team, at one of the client's key accounts in a managed workplace and outsourced environment with a global delivery model. This teams exists of other bid managers and solution architect(s) who all report into the Head of Demand Management Office. Furthermore, you will identify stakeholders and manage risks by taking a pro-active, customer centric and solution-oriented approach.
In an Agile and collaborative environment you will develop compelling winning propositions that comply with our customers' requirement yet do not compromise our high standards of corporate integrity. Managing all bidding activities from initial customer contact through to contract signature including enabling submission of responses to requisite time, cost and quality standards. You will be responsible for executing multiple low complexity deals with growth to manage medium to high complexity, strategic deals supporting the Head of Demand Management Office at
the account.
In this position, you are fully accountable for all aspects of the delivered services of the client to the customer and alignment with the contract. You are the first point of contact for the client by building a strong relationship as being a trusted advisor.

Ensure a timely completion of all activities necessary to produce a compelling, assured and governed proposition and associated response documentation;

Identifies, organizes and controls resources required to support bid production ensuring the delivery of quality contributions from all team members;

Initiates a kick-off that engages all team members and supporting stakeholders to ensure a consistent understanding of what the opportunity is, which challenges could be faced, team roles and responsibilities, the timelines

Ensures the proposition and underpinning solution is developed to comply with the customer's requirements and ensures the production of all relevant assurance and governance collateral in a timely, engaging manner to support review and subsequent approval;

Creation of customer response documents. Monitors the development of the response to support the timely completion of quality review events.

Manages the formal post signature handover to Project Management at the account team and ensures that a formal lessons learnt event is completed to improve future performance.

Solid internal and external communication will be vital to ensure the success of your proposal(s). You will keep all stakeholders informed about progress and ongoing decisions to ensure that expectations and project deliverables are aligned.

You are in possession of a Bachelor degree in a beta study. You are customer centric, service minded, have affinity with technology, are flexible and efficient.

Affinity with technology exists of end-user services, and understanding of IT infrastructure and data-centers, Microsoft Office365 and Windows10.

Furthermore you are accurate, disciplined to be able to build costing, describing and designing projects.

Excellent English and Dutch language skills are mandatory.
