Working with an established European IT Consultancy who work with European Institutions around the continent. Currently looking for a Backend JAVA Developer to assist the client with day-to-day operations. The selected Backend JAVA Developer must have a degree and minimum 7 years professional experience.
Description
- Development and design of software applications
- Implementation and customisation of applications
- Technical analysis and specification of applications
- Technical assessment of technologies and/or related products
- Analysis, definition and/or validation of business requirements and business processes
- Architecture and design of information systems
Qualifications + skills
- Master Degree in IT or related field with 7 years of ICT experience OR Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 12 years of ICT experience
- Experience on the following skills, technologies and methodologies is required:
- Java/J2EE (min. 7 years)
- Minimum 4 years of experience is needed in SOAP/REST/Web Services, Products/Tools Applications server (Tomcat/Weblogic)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Protocols JSON
- Minimum 3 years in Eclipse (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HTML and JavaScript
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Framework (Spring, Spring MVC)
- HAds on experience with at least 2 out of the following: Sonar, Jenkins, Git, JUnit, Selenium, Activiti, EHCache, ActiveMQ, logback
- Knowledge and experience with Angular 2 will be considered as strong plus.
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required
