Administrators - Italy (Remote Start) (Italian Speaker)
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join one Europe's largest and fastest growing clients in a progressive and busy international team on a 12months + contract in Italy working remotely for the first few months.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Primary responsibility to implement, set up and manage support of Atlassian tools environment like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk, Bamboo, etc on cloud or on premise.
* Administer JIRA instances on a day to day basis setting up & supporting user access privileges, project roles, workflows, security & plug-ins.
* Knowledge of Jenkins, Git commands and Cloud Atlassian
* Knowledge of standard processes and methodologies like ITIL and Change management.
* Knowledge of Jira migration from on premise to cloud. jira customizations, Jira workflow, Atlassian plugins, upgrade, Ldap, JQL, etc.
* Perform daily audits to identify and resolve performance blockers. Develop metrics, dashboards, and advanced filters in JIRA/Confluence and other tool sets to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports.
* Document and communicate requirements, processes and change requests to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet the needs of the business.
* Provide recommendations to end users and leaders on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within the enterprise suite of tools.
* Develop JIRA/Confluence frame work for managing and reporting on Agile & Non-Agile projects.
* Create and maintain Confluence site structure to meet growing business needs.
* Ready to learn new Atlassian/DevOps products as and when required.
