(Dutch speaking) Process Manager urgently required for interesting contract in Eindhoven
The (Dutch speaking) Process Manager will be Responsible for the following:
* The process manager will (re) organize business processes in a practical and lean way.
* The process manager is given the responsibility to realize projects from the first intake up to and including proper assurance of the change.
* The Sr. Black Belt process manager guides the other process managers and colleagues during the analysis, realization and implementation of a project.
* Proactively identifying and proposing optimization options.
* Analyzing, realizing and implementing a change.
* Advising on the desired (medium) long-term perspective for the organization and its processes
The (Dutch speaking) Process Manager will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* HBO/WO working and thinking level
* Black Belt Certificate is a must!
* Knowledge of the LEAN principle.
* Compliance with Dutch banks way of working
* Knowledge of financing and private individuals.
* At least 7 years of work experience.
* HBO/WO working and thinking level.
* LEAN Black Belt certified with extensive experience with the LEAN principles and facilitating Black Belt of Kaize sessions, VSMs and performing LEAN Maturity Scans.
* Conform to the Way of Working: such as drawing up A3s, Business Cases, Impact analyzes and other products.
* Knowledge of financing, preferably corporate financing.
