Senior Agile Coach For our clients we are looking for an experienced Senior Agile CoachOur client is looking to extend their group of Agile Coaches supporting the agile teams in learning and adapting to the agile framework and mindset. The client is 1 year into a 3 years long transformation journey.
SAFe is the chosen framework and they are currently working primarily on team level, but have recently initiated a number of ARTs as well.
They are looking for 2 experienced coaches to support with:
Coaching teams in events, roles and agile mindset. Each coach should expect to have 2-3 teams simultaneously
Support the on-going journey of defining best practice. Share learning from teams with coach colleagues and develop supporting materials.
Your qualifications:
Our client is looking for 2 agile coaches with the following competencies:
SAFe experience
Experience coaching various teams in Agile methods/mindsets
High degree of independence/self-managed
Global mindset
Excellent stakeholder management skills (at all levels of the organisation)
Team player - as you will join an excellent team of 8-10 coaches.
Fluency in English
Nice to have experience:
Pharma/large complex organisations
Experience and/or interest in working with Indian off-shoring-models
DevOps experience
Start: ASAP
End date: - potential extension
