Remote Data Quality Engineer Urgently Required in Eindhoven
We are looking for a Data Quality Engineer to join one of our globally leading clients in Eindhoven within their data quality team. Initial Remote work is possible due to the Corona virus, this is an initial 8 month contract. As a Data Quality Engineer you are responsible for retrieving requirements and wishes in the field of data quality rules from stakeholders. The stakeholders are a representation of the data suppliers and the data users. Where the data suppliers are the owners of the systems. Data quality requirements are collected from the stakeholders on the basis of themes. The report owners represent the users of the data (reports). The data quality engineers team works in a scrum team to expand and maintain data quality monitoring. Data quality reporting is made using Tableau.
The ideal Quality Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
As an engineer you will fulfil both the role of analyst and developer.
Affinity, both functional and technical, is a must.
Able to establish the relationship to the technical implementation based on the functional needs of the stakeholders.
Work efficiently and with integrity and are always looking for ways to find a solution.
Demonstrate experience in previous data quality projects and the use of-Informatica Developer.
Setting up DQ management through IDQ.
Retrieving data quality requirements from the stakeholders and translating these into data quality rules.
Extending and maintaining the existing data quality monitoring, including actively monitoring the data quality and identifying the identified issues.
The ideal Data Quality Engineer must have the following knowledge/skills:
Informatica Developer/Analyst (Data Quality) Rules as well as ETL for data mart.
ITIL.
SQL.
Power Designer.
Requirements analysis.
Agile Scrum.
Dimensional Modeling.
