Dutch Speaking Quality Assurance Expert urgently required for interesting contract in Utrecht
The Dutch Speaking Quality Assurance Expert will be Responsible for the following:
o As a Credit Core Quality Assurance expert you are part of the second line of defence, ensuring correctness, completeness and quality of the implementation of identified requirements related to Credit Risk assessment.
o You support the business by defining and implementing requirements providing feedback, assessing evidence provided by business units, checking whether all process steps were followed, writing summary reports to inform relevant committees.
o The new Global Standard on Credit Risk Parameters is the main document of the whole Credit Core program. The requirements in the new Global Standard will need to be implemented via either IT system changes or process changes. Therefore, you work on the correct implementation by assessing the correctness of implementation by the business units and group. You will provide opinions and feedback on the deliverables created by the communities and the business units within the Credit Core program.
o You have a strong foundation, so you can handle the pressure from stakeholders.
The Dutch Speaking Quality Assurance Expert will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field;
* Minimum of 5-year experience in a Credit Risk and/or IT management related role;
* You have experience with IT systems and testing processes and with project management, SCRUM and Agile;
* You are able to communicate regulatory requirements to stakeholders who are not familiar with legislation;
* You are able to relay requirements, ideas and opinions clearly, comprehensively and correctly in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing.
* You use your knowledge and judgment to assist colleagues and challenge our customers' questions and proposed solutions.
* You are self-starting and can work independently.
