Business Testing Manager, French speaker, Bancs, T2S; PARIS

Background
The department is moving from an historical domestic focus to a Pan-European positioning, resulting in the need to acquire new capabilities, notably to serve international clients.
The department has as mission to deliver services to clients with appropriate quality, using reliable and secure systems, processes and procedures, in a cost-efficient way.
Project and Test Management' (PTM) is part of the Operations division. The aim of the job is to test evolutions (Corrective or Evolutive) or projects in order to secure the production launch and ensure that the operations teams are ready to operate the service. The scope of the activity covers both business activity but also communications means from a business point of view. This means that Asset Servicing, Settlement, Swift knowledge are required to provide clients with the appropriate feedback. You will work in a cross entity team with people located in Amsterdam, Brussels and France. The testing phase with clients is almost there and a strong support for them will be required. Due to the use of a variety of tools, the job requires both business and technical knowledge. PTM team is looking for a business testing manager in order to reinforce the team.
ROLE;
As a business testing manager in Operations, you will
- Drive testing (preparation and execution), in collaboration with PTM team members.
- Follow up clients Saleforce and phone calls in respect of the SLA.
- Support Ops team members to adapt their procedures and assist them after a launch in production
- Participate in external meetings with clients, ECB, NCB
- Interact with internal teams (IT, Commercial, Product management, Hotline, Operations in the 3 locations)
- Consolidate testing KPI dashboard (list defects & result) and report it to the manager in a regular basis.

Your profile
- Soft skills: flexible, adaptability, open mind, creative, analytic spirit, client focus, autonomous, structured
- Business skills: knowledge on CSD markets (mainly Asset Servicing, Issuer Services, T2S, international settlement specificities)
- Technical skills: knowledge on Bancs, T2S, Swift will be an added value, Microsoft Office tools is a must
- Projects skills: proven track record on test phase, knowledge on methodology Agile will be an added value
- English: fluent
