Description
Citrix Engineer/RDS required for a Global client based in Prague. This is a 12 Month + rolling contract role, which will provide continuous long term employment.
Citrix Engineer/RDS-Tasks and Responsibilities
Third-level technical support to internal customers, incident, problem and change management
Resolution of 2nd and 3rd level incidents
Manage platform capacity
Critical Incident Management and reporting
Application access support of Office 365, Salesforce
Create technical documentation
Manage the Citrix and RDS, policies, configuration
Point of Contact for all run topics related to Citrix/RDS
Daily production, change management (patches, Citrix, RDS)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience working in IT operations
Minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix and RDS App-V
Must have strong Citrix 6.5, RDS, App-V, and their management tools
Must have Windows Server 2008 and 2016
Fluent in English
