Description
My Client based in Belgium are implementing SAP Ariba(S/4 Hana) and require and experienced Dutch and French speaking manager to lead and manage this project
Day to day duties
- Monitor and Guidance of SAP Ariba Implementation of Phase
- Blueprint Validation, Implementation of Blueprint, Validation & UAT, Go Live ), Hypercare
- All deliverables need to be provided in Dutch or French. Technical deliverables can be provided in English.
- Project Management & Overall Planning (in collaboration with Customer Project Team, Customer Business and SAP Ariba Shared Services)
- Minutes van de workshops en meetings
- Configuration of Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, en Ariba SLP based upon processes described in blueprint
- Documentation on parametrisation of SAP Ariba and SAP ERP
- FSP: functional and technical spec's of all Ariba programs (in Infrabel template)
- Plan for data migration
- Planning and organisation of unit-testing, integration-testing and User acceptance testing
- Planning en organisation of roll out of the solution
- Scenario integration-test & interfacing + Cut-over plan
- Supplier onboarding: methodology, communication follow up
Essential experience
- Fluent in Dutch or French as a first language
- Prior experience managing SAP Ariba Implementation Projects
- Good technical knowledge across SAP S/4 Hana/
- SAP MM & SAP Ariba (Procurement)
