In addition to facilitating journeys to the cloud, we support businesses by providing services such as help desk services (human and AI powered), network access and maintenance, hosting and maintaining applications, IT operations and much more. We do all this in 24 languages from 4 locations in Poland. Join our global team and be part of technology transformation. You will join us on a 3 month rolling contract basis.
You will be working closely with business units to design and develop Service Now solutions per user and system requirements. Your role will be integral to an agile product development team creating early stage low-fidelity POCs and prototypes then following through with the development team to ensure delivery of production quality code. You will embrace the art of the possible and serve as a trailblazer in finding the best possible solutions integrating capabilities of the NOW platform with other PaaS offerings to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities
Providing solution requirements and configure solutions around the Service Now platform to meet business needs and project deliverables
Developing, modify, and implement complex software solutions in an early stage, agile environment
Engineering rapid low-fidelity solutions that capture all business requirements and provide impactful and solutions-oriented feedback
Working closely with Product Development BA's and Designers to iterate prototypes and POCs
Collaborating with Product Management team to gather and integrate user feedback.
Engaging with Application Architect and development teams to collaboratively find solutions to achieve business aims
Providing constructive feedback to team members on software design and implementation
Using critical thinking to solve complex problems
Following software requirements specifications for programming projects
Liaising with internal clients to understand complex business requirements
Assisting product management with analysis exercises to discover latest requirement from business users
Assisting the other team members with code reviews to validate solutions
