Description
We are looking for a MS Teams Specialist for a multinational client in The Hague
Tasks:
- The Consultant must not just be focused on the introduction of the tool among the users, but more on the successful application of the tool in the projects.
- Teach Projects Managers and staff best practices on the implementation and usage of MS Teams in the most efficient way.
- Demonstrate how to promote the benefits of Teams among the users
- Provide practice support in setting up the communication processes around Teams
- Deliver best practices examples and use case scenarios focused on each project business
- Provide expertise in setting up MS Teams for, Project structures, Up to date information and reporting, Project processes, Classification of information (such as urgent/key data, conversant/historical information), Document version management and back-up, Progress, statistics and KPIs
- Provide practical recommendations on how to become an example for the organization.
After the 1st week (or 5 working days) of the assignment the Consultant shall provide a written and detailed plan describing the approach for the further usage of MS Teams. This plan must also describe the training material intended to be used and provided to the staff.
The consultancy services shall start on May 1st or ASAP. The duration shall be for 60 working days where the consultant must work on a basis of 3 to 5 days per week.
