Description

We are currently recruiting for a contractor with Blue Prism experience to work from home during COVID-19 and remotely support a business based in Manchester. The contract will be for 6 months initially.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Daily administration of the Blue Prism live environment
  • Schedule Maintenance/Cascades to Pre-Production and Development Environments
  • Case/Ticket Management, managing and allocating process workloads
  • Managing and investigating exceptions (Business and System Exceptions)
  • Basic Process Studio and Object Studio skills
  • Completing release runs and post release validations
  • Solving issues that arise in the day to day running of Blue Prism processes and assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Communicating with Blue Prism on software related issues, suggesting improvements and participating with other users in the Blue Prism community.
  • Supporting with validation and management of bulk Custom Setting/SQL Release
  • Provide Alerting and Reporting of Post Implementation Testing within the Production Instance
  • Manage Front End Business Escalations and reporting of incidents to Key Business Stakeholders

Mandatory skills

  • Robotic Process Automation Production and controller
  • Experience using Blue Prism
  • AD01 Blue Prism Certification
  • .Net Development experience
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience working in support function
  • Problem solving and Administrative skills

Desired skills

  • Blue Prism Controller Experience
  • SQL Experience
