Assessment
Hands-on experience on Celonis Process Mining will be preferred
Ability to identify opportunities, create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders and execute the solution proposed.
Understanding of key customer processes, such as ITSM, Service Assurance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Issue-to-Resolution, etc.
Experience working with ERP and other systems (eg Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, BMC), data extraction, data analysis, reporting, etc.
Experience with SQL, database technologies, ETL, and/or programming (Java, Python, R, etc.)
Have prior knowledge in Business Intelligence and data analysis
Already experienced in programming, ETL and working with databases
- SQL Skills with some experience in Python preferred (only working with Databases - no Front End Dev experience required)
Have excellent analytical skills and are always well-organized and known for being a quick learner
Have experience evaluating complex data and working with complicated processes
Have fundamental knowledge of Big Data, Data Mining and Process Mining

Help our clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analysing clients as-is processes and create end-to-end automation solution blueprints
Responsible for working with the client's Business excellence & Operations teams to hunt down processes for RPA & conducting initial RPA process investigation, priority, assessment & fitment analysis.
You will be responsible for PDD (Process design document)
Act as customers' key contact and guide them through the analysis process and become their trusted advisor on process analytics
Analysis and Feedback
Conduct interactive workshops for employees on Process analytics and Process requirement/Data gathering
Presenting data, sharing analysis and getting concurrence from stakeholders on actions (for assigned processes
Benchmarking performance of existing customers vis-à-vis industry benchmarks
Participate in the development of new offerings and innovation in the automation space
Reporting & Administration
Share progress on Process mining/Improvement initiatives with leadership team and other Client stakeholders
Drive training and adoption of the Process analytics in the existing business
Knowledge (including education and experience)
Min 8-12 years of overall experience and 3- 4 years of experience as Data scientist/Process Mining consultant
Knowledge preferred for Telecom/industry
Skills
