Microsoft PKI Expert | Paris, France | 3 months rolling (Contract) | €600 EUR per day
Microsoft PKI expert - To Start ASAP.
1/Context: IAM CoE is in charge of a global PKI, relying on Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services, delivering certificates for most entities for various usages such as Wifi access control, VPN for remote access, etc.
IAM CoE is looking for a PKI expert to reinforce the existing PKI team in development and operations.
2/The PKI expert will work mainly on 3 activities, sorted below per priority:
Take over all custom developments performed over the years (in C# and Powershell), for support or improvement purpose,
Follow-up and delivery of projects (onboarding of new staff into PKI, POC for new usages, etc.) to ensure they meet the entities expectations and the client Solutions requirements in terms of service level and quality of delivery,
Scoping study to review PKI roadmap with regards to the client's new needs (IoT, digital signature, etc.), client strategic programs such as Cloud Program and market best practices.
Additional activities required from the PKI expert include:
Project & stakeholders management (scope, planning, effort, risks, etc.),
Business case setup and update (one-off/BAU: internal/external md, HW, SW, etc.),
Target Operating Model definition and implementation (RACI, support model, etc.),
Communication coordination internally, with clients and with global/regional teams,
Governance animation (project follow-up, Flash reports, etc.).
In a context of a global organization, being requested by numerous entities for various kind of projects, the PKI expert must:
Analyze and distinguish projects regarding their criticality,
Ensure that appropriate means and planning are provisioned to meet project objectives,
Be able to warn/alert regarding progress and specific environments of projects.
Besides, IAM CoE is transforming into an agile team (mindset, work methodology, etc) so any experience from the Coordinator in that area is a plus (to apply on the 3 projects).

Manage any support and improvement in request in time As requested by IAM CoE
Validated with client entities representatives and IAM CoE governance As requested by client entities
Validated during project bi-weekly follow-up As per existing formats (PPT/XLS) Each follow-up committee (bi-weekly)
