Professional skills and personal profile
- You have a good knowledge of the employability of different learning methods (class room, E-learning, ...).
- You naturally have a sense of didactics
- You have experience with E-learning tools or are prepared to master a new tool
- You have insight into the preparation of a digital library structure
- You have relevant experience with training environments
- You naturally want to share knowledge and are not shy about doing this in the form of training
- You attach importance to procedures and act accordingly in your daily work
- You have a result-oriented attitude with a practical approach and dare to take initiative
- You can maintain internal contacts in a professional manner, communicate smoothly and be a team
Mandatory
- You are fluent in bilingual NL/FR, both in writing and orally.
