Embedded Developer; IoT - May Start - 6 Month Project - €70 p/h - Antwerp

My client develop and manufacture smart cameras/wireless communications devices and are looking for an embedded software engineer with strong experience in IoT and wireless technology. With this experience, you will be responsible for developing embedded software, firmware and device drivers with the goal of designing, developing and testing a GPS related IoT device.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, this role will begin remotely however 2 weeks per month on site are expected when reasonable.

Requirement:
  • Experience delivering functioning commercial embedded software
  • Excellent skills with embedded software development on low power CPUs and microcontrollers/MCUs
  • Strong Linux development skills
  • Strong skills with wireless technologies and standards (LoRa, Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth etc.)
  • Experience using IoT technologies in a commercial project
