Description

We are recruiting for experienced 2nd/3rd Line Support Analysts on long term contract based in Dublin working for a financial services group.

Key responsibilities: To provide 2nd and 3rd line application support. The teams are responsible for ownership, investigation, analysis and resolution of application service issues, 24/7x365.

You will be the main point of escalation for all IT Support issues across different customers and lead projects and work closely with customers to work out their requirements. You will also be the point of disaster recovery.

To be suitable for the role it is imperative that you are an excellent communicator. You will have excellent planning and prioritisation skills being able to multi-task and prioritise workloads. You will ideally have a depth of experience dealing with high end technical queries.
