Network Security Engineer - Contract/Freelance - Brussels (Belgium)
Job Position: Network Security Engineer
Location: Brussels (Belgium)
Start Date: Interviews taking place remotely ASAP
Type: 6 Month Contract (scope to extend)
Rate: Daily (dependant on suitability + experience)
Montash are working with a leading global company who are seeking 2 Network Security Engineers to join their existing large network program. As a Network Security Engineer, you will be working for a well-established multi-national brand and recognised market leader where you will play a key role.
The key people we are looking for have expert experience (of at least 5 years) across:
- Firewall (such as Checkpoint and Fortinet)
- An extensive background in implementing, managing and maintaining security infrastructure for medium and large-scale enterprises including monitoring systems, hardware and software.
We are also looking for someone who has good knowledge with:
- DNS (for example Noiminum)
- Scripting, integration, development knowledge as well as automation tools and frameworks (Python, Angular, Java etc)
- Familiar with protocol analyser software (eg Wireshark) and able to interpret network traces
- A good knowledge of protocols such as TCP-based protocols
- Fluent English; is required
