For a special project, we need an independent Senior optimization expert, who can take action/control of this special project, and work without supervision, therefore we need an experienced independent expert
- Technical/Engineering background
- 10+ experience within Radio planning/optimisation/performance analytics
- Must have experience with radio optimisation projects
- Must have experience with radio KPI's and Performance analysis
- Experience from Teoco Asset radio planning tool
- Experience from Nokia Netact Performance analysis tool
- Anaytical and effective
Job-description:
- Radio Optimisation project of urban and dense-urban 4G-only-sites.
- Optimisation of antenna tilt, cell-range and RSI values
- Evaluation mainly based on network KPI's.
- Cluster Reporting in excel/ppt
- Duration: minimum 1 year, with possible extension
