I am urgently recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Delivery Lead to work on a 12 month contract in either locations - MELBOURNE or CANBERRA
Job Description
- Overall Program Execution Responsibility.
- Identify different stakeholders at client
- Build close relationship and manage relationships needed to smooth Project governance
- Aid the CLIENT in developing change request workflow
- Continuously monitor changes in Project/PROJECT scope
- Contributes to definition of business case, Project charter and its alignment
- Track & analyze schedule & cost trends
- Identify, Plan and Mitigate Cross Track dependencies & Risks.
- Serve as clients' main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements
- Create detailed Project Governance Plan and obtain sign offs
- Ensure that defined processes are followed by the Project team
- Identify different stakeholders at client
- Build close relationship and manage relationships needed to smooth Project governance
- Contributes to definition of business case, Project charter and its alignment
- Need to conduct weekly calls with Key stake holders and give project updates, highlight risks
- Monitor and track Risks and Issues throughout the PROJECT, continuously
- Review, evaluate and report on risk assessment and mitigation plans
- Establish Escalation and Issue Resolution communication protocol. Provide an escalation path for PROJECT issues and mediation.
Skills required
Must have
- Minimum 5 years of experience on MS Dynamics 365 CRM with an overall experience of 12+ years on CRM
- Should have been involved in at-least 2 full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 CRM

Typical level of experience
Must Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience on MS Dynamics 365 CRM with an overall experience of 8+ years on CRM
- Should have been involved in at-least one full-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM
Citizenship
Must be an Australian Citizen
Preferred to have Baseline Security Clearance or should be eligible to get one
